My last weight check was in August. I was 117 pounds that time. I'm not sure if I still weigh the same now.
I have few plans for myself before my 22nd birthday comes:
- learn to sleep early
- workout at Maic's gym
- play badminton with friends
- jog every morning
- get regular facial treatment
- go to Ceragem with Mom
- eat vegetables (not including kalabasa, okra and ampalaya)
- dance (or aerobics)
I don't actually target to accomplish all of these. Just at least half of it. Aiming for a healthy living.
Haaaay. 32 days before my 22nd birthday. I don't want to turn 22 yet. :(
